Understand how our referral program works, and when you get paid.

Tell us about a project

Submit the opportunity via our referral form below. Simply provide the client’s contact details and a brief description of the project requirements.

Note: Please ensure that you have received consent from the client to refer this project.

We connect with the client

We handle the entire sales process. Our team connects with the client to validate the scope, agree on commercial terms, and ensure the project meets our requirements. We will notify you as soon as the deal is won and the work commences.

The project is filled, and you get paid

Once the project is being delivered and the invoice is settled, you earn 10% of our fee. For example, if a Strategy Consultant is placed for six months generating $2,000 in monthly fees, you receive a $200 payment every month over the project period.
