The key challenge faced was the need to hire at large scale during a global pandemic in an already tight talent market. Traditional recruitment solutions were not meeting their needs to be agile and struggled to understand their vision and what success looked like.

Solution

Leveraging our deep networks, relationships and talent infrastructure, Expert360 delivered a simple solution that supported and augmented Cars24 existing capabilities.

In partnership with the client, an embedded team developed and deployed a tech-enabled Virtual Assessment Centre to provide an agile and fast paced solution to meet the clients aggressive growth plans.


Impact

Cars24 was able to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in comparison to engaging traditional recruitment channels, while getting access to a talent solution that delivered higher quality talent, faster.

To quantify the fantastic results Cars24 saw, they were able to:

  • Fill and commence 10 senior management roles within 3 months
  • Hire 40 frontline staff, and have them start work within an 8 week timeframe
  • Adopt a project-based Virtual Assessment Centre to rapidly scale to their required talent needs, while overcoming the challenges of a pandemic at the same time.
