Alongside the business transformation this retailer needed an expert in organisation design to undertake a significant organisational restructure within their merchandise and buying division (~300 people).

Both projects were under tight deadlines and needed the consultants to start immediately.

About The Expert: Nicole

Nicole is the former GM of Talent and Organisational Development at Telstra and former Head of HR, Internet Services with Vodafone in the UK.

Nicole moved into independent consulting in 2015 when she started her own business, 'Good With People'.

Nicole had extensive experience in operating model and organisation design, change leadership and capability development as well as in engaging senior leaders and delivering high profile projects.

She was selected for this project to review and design a blueprint for the company's new organisational structure for the merchandise and buying division, and to define a model of future state capability.


Nicole's experience was invaluable to this retailer when developing and assessing organisational options. She actively pushed the team's working groups into other ways of thinking about doing business while working and communicating across all levels of the business.
