TCRT Is a Jira based workflow tool that has been developed by Expert360 for Transpower. It uses Jira Automation to create projects in a predefined standardised format, delivery plans, checklists, and is able to forward tasks between modelling teams. This format is consistent, clear and easy to use once users are familiar with it. The automation pulls relevant details from other data sources which reduces duplication of effort when building new projects, increase efficiency, consistency and quality and reduces rework. It also allows the creation of defects that makes them more visible from the previous solution. It also allows the easy creation of reports for relevant stakeholders.
