User Experience & Interface updates for leading University

In order to keep up with the best practices in digital, our client required a UX Designer to seamlessly fit in with its Digital Team to design to improve communications between students and the the University.

Utilising the Expert360 network, our client engaged a UX/UI Designer to overcome the constraints of their enterprise platform. The goal was to design their digital web interface and mobile app.

The Expert ran stakeholder workshops, organised and ran user testing, created a final insights report and translated the design concepts for the Digital, Data & CRM Team.

This University saw a 75% reduction in manual data processing for student registration
