Solution

CFS were looking to optimise costs associated with their Atlassian Cloud platform. To do this, Expert360 were engaged to conduct a detailed assessment of their sites.

The review resulted in several targeted recommendations for reducing expenses, the most significant being the consolidation of multiple Atlassian Cloud sites into a single environment.

  • Discovery & Assessment reviewed source sites and plugins to identify migration paths. Recommended removing underused plugins to reduce costs and conducted a clean-up of inactive user licenses.
  • Migration Strategy defined scope and timelines, engaged business users for user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepared a change management communications plan.
  • Technical Execution cloned the production environment, ran test migrations to uncover issues, and validated data with CFS users. Resolved key issues and completed the final migration with ongoing post-migration support.
