Working with groups across Retail.Co, our team built a business case for change and following approval from Retail.Co’s CEO was able to move quickly into execution restructuring and uplifting the clients capability, building a future-proofed merchandise and buying function that helped Retail.Co execute its long term strategy.

Retail.Co experienced an immediate impact from the restructure project

• 30% decrease in OPEX and costs across its merchandise and buying division
• 25% productivity increase in merchandise planning and allocation
• 15% increase in turnover and revenue for merchandise in stores

Cost savings and revenue improvements were then redirected into new categories for high growth.
