KiwiRail Extends PMO with Expert360 (Formerly LPS)

We are excited to announce that KiwiRail has chosen to extend Collaborative PMO for another two years to continue to improve their management and execution of complex IT projects and programmes.

Expert360 (Formerly LPS) and KiwiRail entered into an agreement in 2016 for LPS to supply it’s innovative and ground-breaking Project Management Office service (Collaborative PMO) to help manage and facilitate the effective governance, delivery and execution of IT projects and programmes for the KiwiRail organisation.

The essence of this service rests on Expert360's collective decades of experience in the planning and delivery of projects and PMO services, leveraging the best of our PMO tools, templates, and our shared collective knowledge within Expert360 with KiwiRail.

Collaborative PMO is the antithesis of what many in the IT community have formed negative views of in terms of a PMO.

At KiwiRail, we helped the business transition away from a fairly large number of project staff and an environment where the CIO could not easily see timelines, costs, risks, execution to plan, or benefits realisation.
