iCollege and RedHill Education were undergoing a merger to create a leading ASX listed Australian education provider with a significantly diversified campus footprint, course offerings, and customer mix. There was a need to ensure the successful integration of the two organisations.
Solution
These companies engaged Expert360 to hire an experienced PMO manager, who worked closely with the CEO, CFO & Board, providing clarity around the scope, milestones, goals, and expected outcomes of integration activities.
The PMO manager oversaw governance, transparency, traceability, templates, standards, processes and procedures, and tracked the project work streams.

Further, iCollege is now:
- On track to deliver annualised cost synergies in the range of $1.0m to $1.3m.
- Able to launch HR and Payroll platforms for all employees, a consolidated financial reporting system, new IT service desk and ensure all regulatory notifications were completed.
