The digital project was implemented within 24-months
- An average of 25-days was taken off the year end accounting close process
- An average of 5-days taken off the month end close process
- Procurement savings of 15% were realised
- Risk management self assessments improved from 4/10 to 8/10
- A reduction in product/inventory holding cost of 7.5% were achieved
