Expert360 have been appointed to partner with Accenture to manage the contingent (contractor) workforce. Aligned with Expert360’s mission, our partnership exists to provide Accenture visibility and access top talent on demand across a range of skill sets. These contractors are looking to do the best work of their lives on Accenture projects.
The contractors in Accenture’s private cloud are Accenture’s trusted talent. Many have done projects for Accenture in the past, others have been vetted by the dedicated Expert360 account team and assessed by Accenture’s HR/Talent Connectors and hiring managers
Accenture’s Private Cloud is housed within Expert360’s talent marketplace. Selected contractors will be approved by the Accenture talent team to be included in the private cloud, and once added those Contractors can be searched and matched to existing and upcoming projects.
Core skill-sets include Strategy Consultants, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Technology professionals including Software Developers, Project Managers and Program Directors.
Primarily in Australia and New Zealand, but in some cases where you’re open to fully remote workers talent may be off-shore.
Contractors can work on either a full-time or part-time basis and can be onsite, or work fully remotely, or in a hybrid capacity.
You can use the form in this portal to make a request for talent. Your point of contact is Melissa Robertson from Expert360 who is Accenture’s Account Director.
Step 1 is to complete the Talent Request form; Step 2 will be for either Expert360’s Expert Relationship Manager (ERM) or Accenture’s Talent Connector (TC) to provide a shortlist to Hiring Managers within 72hrs; if any interviews are required Step 3 will be to conduct interviews; Step 4 will be offering the candidate the role which can be facilitated by either ACN’s TCs or E360’s ERM
Rates will be based on current market day rates and shared with stakeholders as part of briefing and shortlisting.
Yes, weekly or fortnightly timesheet approvals will be required to be completed by line managers per the usual Accenture timesheeting process.
Expert360 are the employer of record and as such will be responsible for the payments to contractors on your projects.
Yes, Expert360 are partnering with the Talent Connector team to get prior and existing contractors added to the Expert360 ecosystem to support with placements and redeployments, and overall improved utilisation.
The typical time to receive a shortlist from either Expert360’s ERM or Accenture’s TCs is 72hrs. Placing your chosen contractor will then be as quick as you make your hiring decision.
The ERM or Accenture’s TCs will manage the offboarding of that individual and find a suitable replacement for you from the network.
If there is mutual agreement from the contractor to move to a permanent role, this can be arranged. The usual placement fee conversions will apply and will be managed by Expert360’s ERM and Accenture’s TC.
No, there are some contractors within the ecosystem who are past contractors that are awaiting being matched to their next Accenture project.
Any contractor to be appointed to a project will have had the required background checks done, and all other onboarding compliance steps completed.
