We've just raised $4.1 million to accelerate the growth of our consulting marketplace.

As former consultants, we believe in the value that consulting can deliver and we are passionate about building a business that enables more companies to access top consulting services. For several years, we've also had a sense that technology would help empower a new & different way of connecting top consultants from varying backgrounds with interesting clients. Since launching Expert360 in July 2013, we've had over 1,000 companies post more than $10 million worth of projects across strategy, implementation, finance and marketing, with budgets ranging from $1,000 to $300,000.

We have over 4500 of the world's best independent consultants on our platform, and every day, work with businesses and consultants to pioneer an innovative model of consulting that delivers value and flexibility. We’ve built a top team across Australia and South East Asia and brought in a world class set of advisors and investors to help us continue to grow Expert360. We're proud of what we've accomplished so far, but we're only getting started. Today, we're pleased to announce that we've closed an oversubscribed capital raising for $4.1 million to help us continue building our online consulting marketplace.

Our Series A investors hail from Australia, the US and Europe, and include VC fund Frontier Ventures, Australian technology fund rampersand, existing shareholders and top Australian business leaders including former Macquarie Bank MD Allan Moss AO, former Commonwealth Bank and Westpac CIO Bob McKinnon, investment banker David Tozer and former Goldman Sachs executive Sean Hogan. We’ll use this capital to further support our consultants, not only by providing access to great projects but by offering our members exclusive access to tools, research and IP to help deliver projects and delight clients. We’ll also be building out events and opportunities for our consultant community to share ideas and network.

We welcome ideas! In addition, we're expanding our enterprise services offering. Executives will soon have the support of a dedicated account manager to help scope project deliverables with top consultants in a high-touch and confidential way. We'll soon be announcing the launch of “Teaming” - a service where businesses can, with the support of Expert360, build a world-class team with the perfect skill-sets for the job.
