​Today, I’m excited to announce our $13 million Series B funding and share what that means for our customers and our consultants. The round is led by AirTree Ventures and includes a number of our existing investors.   We’re on a mission to transform the way people connect for and execute project work. Achieving that goal requires capital investment to develop a world class platform and grow a community of innovative clients and top independent talent. For that reason, we decided it was time to accelerate that development with fresh capital.  

Several months ago I called Daniel Petre, a founding partner of AirTree Ventures, to let him know we were going to raise capital. Daniel is a friend and mentor who has been close to the journey with Expert360. Daniel was interested and promised to work quickly and efficiently. To his credit, no more than a fortnight passed and they were ready to invest. I knew we had the perfect partner in Daniel, James Cameron (who I came to know through that process) and AirTree.  

Best of all, with their support we could immediately turn our attention back to serving our customers.  

The past two years.

Our Series A fundraising took place 23 months ago. We raised $4.1M, led by Dmitry Alimov at Frontier Ventures with the goal to build and deploy our enterprise platform. Since then, we’ve added 10,000 consultants, over 500 new clients, quadrupled the team and grown annual revenue by over 1000%.   I’m grateful for the support of Dmitry Alimov with whom we’ll continue to work with as a board director and advisor. Thank you to Sean Hogan, our Chairman, Rampersand and all our investors who have backed us. Your support and counsel has been invaluable.

Our team

We’ve grown from a team of 13 in 2015 to over 50 today. Every single one of us is passionate about pushing boundaries, delivering results, bettering ourselves and each other, and helping clients and consultants be successful. We do the best work of our lives, so our consultants and clients can do the best work of theirs.
