I am an experienced HR Leader, having worked in both private and public sector roles since 2010. My work as a Consultant began in 2015 and since then, I have worked for multiple businesses in a number of industries - most notably holding the position of Head of HR for a prominent global retail business, Fisher and Paykel. I am incredibly personable, approachable and a natural problem solver.
My objective is to partner with businesses to achieve best practice HR and to create a culture that inspires high performance. In addition to my background and consulting roles in Human Resources, I am an advocate for health and wellbeing in the workplace.
I strongly believe that all businesses should have innovative strategies to enhance the health and wellbeing of their staff. When consulting, it is my aim to lead the development of systems and programs that promote premium performance, motivation and satisfaction - and therefore, a competitive employer advantage.
