What Is This Course About?

This training is designed to enable participants to experiment with different approaches to managing their work. With the aid of an experienced facilitator they will assess how different changes in working practices impact delivery using an online simulator. Work with your peers in the aim to meet stakeholder expectations and gain credibility in a safe-to-fail environment.

Organisations are adapting to remain competitive and navigate a world of uncertainty. The fast pace of change can be exhilarating but challenging for all - from leaders to individuals who play their part on a team. New words, new roles and new ways of working often result in gaps and cause distress to all, impacting delivery of outcomes.

The lessons you take away will empower you to approach your work differently and start having more collaborative conversations.
