This training is designed to enable participants to experiment with different approaches to managing their work. With the aid of an experienced facilitator they will assess how different changes in working practices impact delivery using an online simulator. Work with your peers in the aim to meet stakeholder expectations and gain credibility in a safe-to-fail environment.

Requirements

You will require:

A laptop (a tablet or phone provides a poor user experience).
A stable internet connection.
A webcam (we encourage participants to use cameras as it is a collaborative exercise).
Optional: A mouse (it makes navigating the simulation easier).
