Undoubtedly, high-growth startups attract an eclectic mix of weird and wonderful people. Below you will discover a little bit about one of our best people. Mandy is unquestionably the most endearingly energetic person you will meet at Expert360. She is the personification of Expert360 as a company, with her constant 'get stuff done' agenda, her unwavering nonacceptance of mediocrity as well as her ability to bring out the best in her team and across the company. Mandy's recent promotion to 'Head of Business Development' at Expert360 is a testament to the quality of her character and professionalism. Here's what she had to say about her recent addition to Bridget and Emily's leadership team:
Gabe: What do you do at Expert360?
Mandy: I am the Head of Business Development, focused on bring new businesses into our marketplace and connecting them with top talent. I work closely with our clients to understand their business strategy, challenges and talent gaps and then help them best leverage our platform to inject expertise into their business and improve agility, innovation and the bottom line.
I manage an amazing team of Account Executives that lead our client accounts, and partner closely with our Product, Dev and Marketing Heads to deliver on our strategy.
G: Why do you choose to work at Expert360?
M: This is definitely two fold! Firstly, I truly believe in our mission: we are changing the way businesses engage talent. We are enabling smart, ambitious people to forge high performing careers outside of the traditional enterprise structure. You no longer need to work 5 days per week, 12 hours per day, in an office to be successful. We are giving people and businesses a better way of working.
Secondly, the team is incredible. They are super high performing and importantly, they make me laugh everyday!
G: What is one fun fact about you?
M: I am one of those people that wear activewear... everywhere. I'll try my best to schedule no meetings on one particular day so I can wear my activewear to work. I swear I'm more productive!
