A major Australian retailer was undertaking a full business transformation and were seeking a consultant to develop a business case for this transformation.

The business case project involved:
- Collaboration with management to help them capture and crisply define the transformation story
- Framing the commercial and non commercial drivers of change
- Setting up the metrics (financial and non-financial) and a dashboard to measure success of the restructure
- The output was to be a business case report to management or the Board
