Australia Post was going through a large transformation that was led internally. The central strategy team needed support from an expert with management consulting experience in order to roll out key initiatives as part of the transformation. In this case Australia Post already had a clear roadmap for implementation in place so they were seeking a mid-high level consultant to take on responsibility for implementation.


Expert360 was able to compile a short-list of several junior to high level consultants for the team at Australia Post to interview. The consultants had a range of experience from upper management through to business analysts. Australia Post selected Sam, a former Booz & Company consultant who integrated straight into their corporate strategy team and was able to work extremely effectively with the plans that had already been laid out.
